Quick Guidelines for Uploading Videos

To get the best analysis from SporTek, follow these simple guidelines:

  • Start your video at the beginning of the movement – Crop as needed to ensure full motion capture.
  • Keep all moving parts within the frame – Full-body visibility leads to the best feedback.
  • Use a diagonal or side profile for optimal analysis when possible.
  • Try placing your phone on the ground, facing up for an alternative angle.
